By accessing or using Oversight ("Service"), operated by Dynamic Code, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Oversight is a SaaS platform that connects to advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to automatically generate and deliver client-ready performance reports. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
By connecting your ad accounts, you authorise Oversight to access your advertising data for the purpose of generating reports. You may revoke access at any time from your account settings or directly from the connected platform.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to violate any platform terms of service, or to interfere with the Service's operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynamic Code shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
